I took one of the trainings from Event Decor Direct, and overall I thought it was really helpful. The instructor clearly knew what they were doing and explained the steps in a way that actually made sense, especially when it came to the setup and fabric work.
The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that a few parts felt kind of rushed, so I had to go back and rewatch them. Even with that, I learned a lot and feel way more confident trying it on my own now.

The setup took way longer than it should have. I’m not sure who wrote the instructions, but they definitely weren’t very clear and left me guessing a few times.

Had an issue i was ready to get annoyed because these things usually turn into a whole back-and-forth mess. But support actually got it sorted quickly, which was a nice surprise. Wish every support experience was this painless.

The box was sturdy, and everything inside arrived clean and safe. No issues at all.

I ordered from Event Decor Direct. Had to cancel after that. The refund did come through, so that was fine. Just took a bit longer than I expected. I had to check in once too. Not a bad experience overall. Just wish the timing had been more clear...

I ordered some event hardware from eventdecordirect.com, and to be honest, it didn’t feel as sturdy as I was expecting. A few of the pieces felt lightweight, and one of the connectors didn’t fit as snugly as it should have, which made me a bit unsure while setting everything up.

It did the job for a short setup, but I was definitely nervous the whole time. Shipping was totally fine, but for the price, I thought the hardware would feel more solid. Has anyone else had this issue with their event hardware?

I grabbed a few decor pieces from Event Decor Direct, and from what I remember, I was happy with them for the price. Once everything was set up, it looked nice and didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel I was kind of worried about.

The shipping was okay too. I don’t remember every single detail, but I do remember one box looking a little rough when it showed up. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged, so I didn’t really stress about it.

For event decor, I think the value is solid. I tend to forget the small annoyances if the final setup looks good, and in this case it did. I’d order from them again if I needed more pieces for another event.

The fabric looked nice... better than I expected for the price

I ordered from eventdecordirect.com and the item itself turned out okay, so I can’t really complain about the product. That said, the communication was frustrating. I felt like I had to keep checking in to figure out what was happening with my order, and responses took longer than I expected. It would’ve made the whole experience a lot smoother if they sent clearer updates without me having to chase them down.

Checkout was simple too, I didn’t have to mess around with a bunch of extra steps. Also, no backorder surprises or waiting forever, which I really appreciated. Overall, happy with the whole thing.

The fabric looked SO nice in person. Like, I was not expecting to be this excited over fabric, but here we are. It’s really and looked great!

I ordered some decor for an event and paid thinking it would get here in time, but nope — it showed up super late, and by then I’d already been running around buying replacements. The tracking barely changed, support kept telling me to just wait, and I was like, okay but the event is literally happening. It was really stressful because when you need stuff for a specific date, there’s not much room for all that. I wouldn’t trust them again for anything time-sensitive

I’ve shopped for party decor online before and some sites can be a pain to figure out, but this one was really easy to use. I found the decor items quickly, the pictures were helpful, and checkout was straightforward. I’d definitely use it again for party supplies

The site looks decent and professional enough at first glance. The weird part is, a few pages feel a bit cluttered compared to the rest, so it kind of breaks the clean impression in some spots

I was expecting it to have a little more presence, but in person it looked flat and didn’t really wow anyone. That part was weird because the photos made it seem way more impressive.

The color came out a bit lighter than it looked in the photos, which kind of threw me off at first. But it still works for what I needed. I was expecting a deeper shade, and maybe the lighting in the pictures made it look different, but yeah, not a huge deal. Still usable overall

The prices seemed fair compared to a few other sites I looked at, and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. Some of the items did add up faster than I expected though, so I kind of regret not taking a little more time to compare everything before ordering.

I ordered some backdrop stuff from eventdecordirect.com, it was a lot easier to put up than I thought it would be. Everything lined up well, and I got it done without getting stressed out. Whoever runs this clearly did something right with how simple the setup was.
